Leben unter fremder Flagge

The author is a retired German soldier. He joined the airborne division of the Bundeswehr (German Army) and thereafter served for the French Foreign Legion (Légion Étrangère) based in Corsica. In his autobiography he describes his multiple missions in hot wars in Africa. After retiring from the army he went on working for private security companies in Saudi Arabia, Haiti, Israel and Jemen.
